Christina Aguilera to Release Another Fragnance

Christina Aguilera is set to launch a new fragrance named Secret Potion and has already shot the campaign for it.
The ‘Burlesque’ star – who also has a series of other perfumes including Christina Aguilera, Christina Aguilera by Night and Royal Desire – took part in a photo shoot for the scent last week and brought her three-year-old son Max along.
A source said: “He wasn’t feeling good, so she wanted to take care of him and make sure they were together. She’s trying to spend as much time as possible with him while she works, so Max brought his toys and played with his little cars while she did the shoot.”
Christina’s previous scents have been inspired by her mother’s love of “sensual” fragrances.
She said: “Growing up, I used to play with all the fragrances in my mother’s vanity. She had a taste for musky, sensual scents.”
Although she has a hectic schedule juggling a singing and acting career with being a single mother to Max, Christina has previously revealed she never lets her beauty routine falter.
She said “Stay hydrated, moisturise and get enough sleep. I never go to sleep with makeup on and always moisturise my face and lips. I also try to condition my hair as much as possible.”

Russia Expels Israeli Military Attache For Spying

Russia has expelled Israel's military attache at its Moscow embassy on "unfounded" spying allegations, the Israeli military said Wednesday, in a case that media say has officials here puzzled.

"The IDF (Israel Defence Forces) military attache and ministry of defence representative in Russia, an IDF colonel, was detained for investigation last week by Russian authorities, on suspicion of spying," the defence ministry and military said.

The joint statement did not name the man, who it said had been due to complete his posting in two months.

"Security authorities in Israel completed a thorough investigation and concluded that these claims were unfounded," it added.

Military sources identified him as air force Colonel Vadim Leiderman and said he returned to Israel several days ago after being questioned by Russian authorities over espionage allegations and then told to leave the country immediately.

Israel's state-run Channel One television said he was arrested while sitting at a cafe with a Russian.

"He was suspected by the Russians of running several local residents," the network said.

"He was taken in for questioning in Moscow about 10 days ago, the police asked him some questions. Because of his diplomatic immunity they were not able to do more but he was asked to immediately leave the country and he did so," it added.

It said that in Israel he was "cleared of all suspicion" after interrogation by his military superiors and by agents of the Shin Bet security agency.
Ynet, the website of top-selling Israeli daily Yediot Aharanot, said Leiderman "maintains that the allegations are baseless and false and that the entire incident is rooted in a misunderstanding."

"The past few days have seen hectic efforts by Israel to appease Moscow and stop the already grave diplomatic incident from escalating further, but the Russians seem adamant to exhaust all the legal measures at their disposal against the officer.

"Israel has substantial political and security interests in Russia and is now concentrating on damage control," Ynet said.

Israeli media reported the incident occurred during visit to Moscow by the Israeli parliament's Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee.
"Sources in Israel said that the reason for the expulsion was not yet clear, and that they had not received a detailed explanation from the Russians," Ynet said.

Israel daily Haaretz's website said Leiderman "was arrested during a May 12 meeting, in what appeared to be a violation of his diplomatic immunity."
Leiderman was born in the Soviet Union, is a fluent Russian-speaker, holds a doctorate in engineering and is an air force technical expert, it said, adding he spent several years as an air force representative in the United States.

"Israeli officials found it hard to explain the motivation for the arrest, estimating that it might have had its source in a power struggle between various Russian security services," Haaretz added.

On a visit to Moscow in March, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sought to persuade Russia to scale down its nuclear cooperation with Iran and its arms sales to Syria, both seen in Israel as strategic threats.
Russia is a key supplier of arms to the Arab world and has agreed to send a large shipment of anti-ship Yakhont cruise missiles to Syria -- a country still technically at war with Israel.

Haaretz said Leiderman's arrest was not the first of its kind.
"In the early 1990s, Mossad representative Reuven Daniel was arrested in a Moscow subway station after he had purchased satellite images from a firm that was part of the Russian military intelligence," it said.

"During his arrest, Russian security officials disregarded Daniel's immunity, in an interrogation that included a severe beating. He was then transferred to a local police station, released, and declared persona non grata," it said, adding Leiderman had suffered no physical abuse.

INTERNATIONAL NEWS

From The Canada Free Press

1. The U.S. Constitution Is Unconstitutional

According to liberal dogma, the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and Bill of Rights are unconstitutional because all were crafted by an exclusive conclave of white male Christians.
Women, Hispanics, African-Americans, Asians, gays, lesbians, transsexuals, the handicapped, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, and the blind were all under represented, if at all.
Because of this devastating lack of diversity, the Constitution must be regarded as a “living document,” subject to change in accordance with ever changing demographics and contemporary values.

2. Free Speech

Freedom of speech must never be quashed, except for criticism directed at minorities and sensitive constituencies of the Democrat party.
Burning Old Glory is protected free speech, whereas expressions of conservative values by people like Rush Limbaugh and Michael Savage are unacceptable “hate speech,” which must be subjected to “fairness” censoring by the federal government.

3. Abortion, the Death Penalty and Assisted Suicide

On issues of life and death, liberals are especially vulnerable to tripping on their own hypocritical double talk.
Namely:
A woman’s right to abort the life of an innocent child is inalienable; whereas execution of a convicted killer is cruel, unusual & barbaric.
Starving a helpless victim like Terri Schaivo to death is acceptable; but using lethal injection to end the life of a brutal killer is not.

4. Religion

Religious faith and belief in God are outdated pagan concepts, which do more harm than good. Sophisticated citizens can rely on the Democrat party for support from cradle to grave, obviating the need to rely on beliefs and rituals long since debunked.
Symbols of Christianity such as the Ten Commandments, the Cross, Christmas trees, nativity scenes, and the like must be hidden from public view so as to offend no one.
Publicly wishing a friend or family member “Merry Christmas” is clearly an act of civil disobedience and unconstitutional.
While Christianity is to be suppressed at all costs, Islam must be openly promoted in the name of religious awareness, sensitivity and tolerance.
The separation of state and government applies fully when dealing with Christianity or Judaism, but is irrelevant with regard to Islam and all other religions.
Delivery of Christmas cards and gifts by the United States Postal Service is an unconstitutional violation of state-religion separation and must end immediately.

5. Taxes

Leveling the playing field between haves and have-nots is the most important function of government, even more critical than national security.
To support that objective, no government role is more essential than levying and collecting taxes, otherwise known as redistribution of wealth.
Tax cuts are wrong when returned to people who actually paid taxes, but are perfectly fine when sent to those who paid none.
Although most liberals deny that Jesus even lived, many use the quote in Matthew 22:21, “Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s…” to justify higher taxes.

Paying taxes is the “Christian Conservative” thing to do!

Keep Fresh Your Face

How to Keep Makeup for Young Dancer Looking Fresh and Natural

One of the issues that dance teachers have to deal with in regards to makeup for dance is when parents are unwilling to apply enough makeup to their daughters faces for fear of them looking “too mature for their age”. Makeup for dance performances needs to be much darker than everyday street makeup for a young dancer’s face to be seen by the audience. This can often make dance moms and dads quite uncomfortable.
Here are 4 tips for keeping makeup for dance competitions and performances youthful and fresh but strong enough for stage.

1) Eyebrows – Eyebrows need to be enhanced for stage performances because much of our emotional expression is shown in our eyebrows (think “smiley icons”!). Brows definitely need to be darkened but if you darken every little hair growing in the general vicinity of the eyebrow you will create a monster! However, a very thin, sculptured, dark eyebrow can look too sophisticated and mature for a young dancer’s face. An eyebrow pencil can leave too severe a line. I prefer using an eye shadow color that is the same as or one to two shades darker than the hair color. Go to the center of the brow, and carefully brush a line of shadow in the center of the existing eyebrow. A little goes a long way on the eyebrows. Now, use a brow brush/comb to blend out the center line of shadow that you just applied. This keeps the brow soft and natural but enhances it enough to allow the audience to clearly see the dancer’s emotional expression.

2) Eyes – Makeup for dance performances often includes the use of A LOT of black eyeliner and/or eye shadow and often in all the wrong places. This gives the dancers makeup look a hard, harsh, look that can leave the eyes looking like big emotionless black holes to the audience. Use black eyeliner ONLY on the top lash line. Use a brown liner conservatively under lower lashes. DO NOT use black eyeliner on the inner lash line. Use a white highlighter eye pencil on the inner lash line to keep the eyes looking big.

3) Cheeks – Makeup for dance is often misunderstood. Stage makeup does need to be darker and more intense but blush that is the wrong color, too dark, or is applied in hard, sharp lines definitely adds years to a younger dancers face. Use neutral pink/peach tones of blush to give the face a natural, healthy glow. Apply blush under the cheekbone to enhance the bone structure of the face. Avoid circles on the apples of the cheeks by starting at the hair line and brushing blush forward. Avoid harsh lines by blending the color forward and then up. Avoid letting the blush color drop below the lip line. BLEND, BLEND, BLEND to create a fresh, youthful look to the dancers face.

4) Lips – Makeup for dance almost always showcases a bright red lip stick color that makes a dance mom sweat as she is applying! Choosing the wrong shade of red lip stick can make a dancer look hard, harsh, and overdone. Ideally, when choosing a red lipstick color for stage performances, choose a neutral red. This usually has a slight, browner, or brick tone to it and it looks great on every skin tone! As a side note, red lipstick is not the ONLY lip stick that looks good on stage. A beautiful, neutral rose tone makes the lips look fresh and clean without the dramatic look of a red. For example, Juliet from “Romeo and Juliet” would never wear a red because it would look too mature for her innocent, young character. Hey, if a rose-toned lipstick works for a ballerina as Juliet, it will work for any dancer, right?

Salsa Timing & Musicality

Tips To Becoming A More Musical Salsa Dancer

This is the second part to becoming a more musical salsa dancer. In the first part you learned about the importance of mastering salsa timing, the importance of learning to recognize the different types of salsa music, and the importance of recognizing the salsa song structure.
In this part, I will cover what many often think about what it means to be a musical salsa dancer, and that is learning to recognize the breaks and accents in the salsa music. You will also learn about the difference between dancing to the lyrics literally versus lyrically.
Here are the three tips to help you become a more musical salsa dancer.
Tip # 1 – Learn To Recognize The Breaks And Accents
Learning to recognize the different accents and breaks in the salsa music is what really will make your dancing lots of fun for you and your partner. The prerequisite to this part is that you have mastered salsa timing. Once you have mastered salsa timing and made staying on the right count an automatic process, you will be ready to move on to develop your awareness of the music even further by concentrating on understanding and hearing what else happens in the music.
First, it is important that you realize that learning to listen to the breaks and accents in the music is actually a skill that you can develop. When I started learning salsa, I did not even know what breaks or accents in the music meant, nor did I hear them. But through countless hours of trial and error, hours and hours of musicality classes, going through dozens of software products and salsa timing CD’s, and through lots of practice, I was able to develop that skill. Now I am a very musical dancer. One of the best ways to learn and cultivate this skill is to take a live salsa musicality class where someone shows you how to recognize different breaks and accents in the music and lets you try to interpret the music. If you don’t have musicality classes available in your area, you can try an online learning course. So take a live musicality class, take a private lesson with a musical salsa dancer that you admire, or take an on-line learning course, and you might just become amazed by how much more of a musical dancer you may become.
Tip # 2 – Learn To Dance To The Lyrics Literally
This is similar to learning to recognize the breaks and accents in the music. However, there are two ways to dance to the lyrics: literally and lyrically. Dancing to the lyrics literally means that you interpret the sound of the vocalist. For example, if the singer sings a phrase such as: “Oye Mi Quinto, Bongo”, you might accent the word Bongo in your dancing with a stop of your body, head pop, chest roll or whatever. The point is that you are interpreting the actual sounds of the lyrics. When I started to become a more musical salsa dancer, it took me a long time to really understand what this meant. Hearing and becoming aware of the different instruments became easier for me. Learning to dance to the lyrics, I just did not see the excitement in it. Many times I saw amazing dancers do a choreographed dance performance, and I thought that was cool, but I did not see the musicality in their dancing. It was only after really understanding what dancing to the lyrics meant that an entirely new way of expressing myself to the music finally opened up to me. I even went back to watching those same amazing dancers, and I finally realized that they had choreographed their entire piece to the lyrics of the song, instead of the hits and accents of the instruments. I was blown away. It might take you awhile to get this concept too, but once you do get it, it will bring your enjoyment of salsa dancing yet to another level.
Tip # 3 Learn To Dance Lyrically
Lyrical dancing means that you actually try to interpret the meaning of the words in your dancing. So if the songs talks about sunshine, a love affair, or sadness, for example, you might actually want to somehow try to reflect those ideas in your dancing. You might open your arms as if to mimic sun radiating its rays to the world to portray the idea of a sun shining, or hold your partner really close and secretively as to portray the idea of a love affair, or simply have your arms in front of your face as if to be filled with sadness and tears. Obviously, most salsa music is in Spanish and that might limit how much you would be able to dance to the actual meaning of the lyrics, even if you wanted to. Dancing lyrically is also much more rare, both in performances, as well as in social dancing. But if you really love knowing what the songs talk about, by all means, why not explore this idea of becoming a more musical dancer as well.
And there you have it, my three tips on part 2 to becoming a more musical salsa dancer. As always, first master salsa timing. Then become more aware of the types of salsa, and recognize the different song structure. Finally, learn to play with the accents and the hits of the music, and develop your ability to dance to the lyrics both literally and lyrically. Who knows, maybe soon you will be asked to tour the world to teach musicality workshops as well.

Salsa Dance Classes Cost Money and Take Time - What You Can Do to Save Time and Money
Submitted by: Elise

Salsa Classes are a great way to meet people, but give yourself a head
start, save
time, money and learn to Salsa at home before taking those Salsa
Classes. This way, not only will you enjoy yourself, supplement what you've already learned (in private at home), but you'll feel confident to dance and meet others in Salsa Classes.
What is this head start, you might ask? A Salsa Dance Video or
Salsa DVD are the next best thing to taking group Salsa Classes and
can save you time and money. Believe it or not, 75% of learning comes from vision and from an instructor's standpoint, the best method to learn dancing is the Demonstration-Performance Method (instructor demonstrates, you perform).
Salsa Classes

Rhythm and Count

As you learn to Salsa and take Salsa Classes, you
will notice there is a rhythmic pattern throughout the songs. The next time you play a Salsa song, notice there
is repetition of eight beats throughout.
In the basic Salsa pattern we have six steps to
eight beats. For the first three beats of the pattern, you step and
shift weight to the foot that corresponds with the beat, there's
a pause on the fourth beat, and another three beats to which you step
and shift weight, corresponding to that beat, then pause and repeat.
It's that simple!

Austria's successful aerobics athlete

So what's Lubi GAZOV up to these days?

Austria's successful
aerobics athlete Lubi Gazov
She was the aerobics-figurehead of the Austrian Gymnastics Association Ã–FT and the best aerobics athlete for some years. The association placed great hopes in her future, and she not only one many titles in Austria, but also did very well at international competitions, sometimes winning, but always making the top ranks. But then suddenly we heard no more of her...

Just before the "Austrian Sportaerobic Open" in October 2006 the native Bulgarian suddenly announced: „Sports aerobics is the love of my life. I have done my utmost to succed in this sport and always will. But now I have found a new challenge..."

A straddle jump almost to the ceiling...
Austria's aerobics talent Lubi Gazov trains at the Linz Olympic Centre

>> GYMmedia International
talked to Lubi Gazov, who will be 18 in March:

We haven't heard of you in a long while. How are you?
Thanks, I'm very well.

Who's training you at the moment?
I've been doing competitive aerobics six times a week for about six years now. I train at the"Olympiazentrum auf der Gugl" for five to six hours a day. My trainer is my mother, Petra Gazov.

In October you created havoc by announcing that you were going to join FISAF...
I have participated in competitions organised by various associations such as IAF, ANAC and FIG. FISAF was a new challenge for me, I wanted to get to know this association as well. So my mother established contact with FISAF and registered Austria with this association as well.

What distinguishes this association from others?
FISAF is very interesting, because the competions mostly concern fitness. In this associations mainly groups participate and this is what, in my opinion, makes the competions run by this association so attractive.

Does this mean you may be joining a group?
No, I will continue to concentrate on the single category of sports aerobics and will continue to work only in this direction in the future.

What are your sporting goals for 2007?
As I have to sit my school-leaving exams this year, I'm concentrating on school at the moment - I go to the Sport Borg High School in Linz. I won't take part in a more important competition till July 2007. Then I want to take part in the International ANAC Championships, although I will remain a member of FIG .

And what comes then? After all, as of 2007 you will be competing in the adult category.
It's my greatest goal to be one of the world's leading three aerobics sportswomen one day. I'm training hard to fulfill this aim.

What do you hope for the future of aerobics?
It would be great if all the aerobics associations could come together one day. I think that only together we will be unbeatable.

Lubi Gazov in 2006

Lubi GAZOV:
'... Aerobics is only unbeatable
if it is united!'
  Lubi Gazov's greatest susccesses:

Fosil Peri

Fosil Peri Unik
